COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct SVL-202B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moog parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tuv-Ce product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMD32AWAYR12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM23165MTPGA manufactured by Moog and we are pleased to be able to service most Moog systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMG13V2AB by Manufacturer Tuv-Ce as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yasakawa Brand SGMGV05A3A6CSGMGV05A3A6C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Datametrics-Ledex such as SSM20005SE6 equipment made by Datametrics-Ledex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datametrics-Ledex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datametrics-Ledex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGYI made by Neugart as well as the popular SGMG44AWANJ21 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STROMAG by Stromag and SSM20005SE6 spares by Datametrics-Ledex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFJR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
